| Mantra Meditation by VEDIC TRADITION Vedic tradition is a science which has its own traditon - the knowldege of the Great Masters who had created the world and got deeprooted into it. Ved means roots. It is eternal fundamental truth, strong as an oak which cannot be overturned by anything - this is what the Great Masters had tought verbally throughout the years. A word 'Ved' means knowledge and wisdom while 'Veds' are the series of books containing all the literature - the oldest source of wisdom in the world. Veds are very difficult to understand, they are written in a form of codes, and they are full of aphorisms.
Meditation Mantra meditation is a whispering repeatedly mystic mantra, focusing on breath. Long-time a practise brings a practician an inner balance, calmness of mind, it improves creativity and leads to the state of self-consciousness. It is however a long time process (form 5 to 10 years) and depanding on our practise, it helps us to discover what and who we are. During meditation, all the internal processes are controlled by the neural system, all the negative, undesirable energies, stored in every piece of our body, are released. Thanks to that, meditation is followed by a gradual process of healing, visible increase of vital strengths and good frame of mind. We have to do nothing but to be in a complete silence, to calm our mindand repeat quietly mantra.
During meditation we are fully concious, mind works slowly and we quietly and peacefully observe how our body works, we follow our breath and mantra. We don't expect anything - meditation is a state of being not expecting. Everything what is good and necessary for us comes in the right time. Meditating we learn how to use our intuition and make a use of it in our everyday life. Analyzing our own thoughts, habits and customs, observing our mind, we will be able to take up the right actions. Entering the idea of meditation deeper and deeper we will find our own inner source of knowledge and wisdom - the source for us to derive everything we need. To get to that source we need a long practise completely directed to the knowledge and conscious of ourselves. With that source we will discover our advantages, change the patterns and old customs, we will free ourselves from eagerness without abandoning our everyday life.
Mantra To get to the source we have in ourselves we need Mantra. It is our shell and protection, our guide, it apeares whenever it is needed. Mantra medtitation is a good, secure and gradual manner to get to our inner source of wisdom. Mantra is a word and a sound, which induces a wave of a particular shape and meaning. The word, mantra, is composed of two particles of the Sanskrit language. 'Man' means 'to think'and the helper particle, '-tra' means 'to release'. Mantra has an unbeliaveble power just like a prayer.The source of mantra was discovered by the Greate Masters ina state of subconsciousness, while they heard in their hearts the voice of God who revealed the mystery of the world for them. The Bible says: 'In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning' Mantra is our potential, it's a bread for our soul, tool to calm ourselves, to focus our minds. It guides us as a best friend throught the time of various difficulties and efforts. Repeating mantra during meditation, listening and chanting mantra helps us to regulate our breath, it goes throught our nostrils and it brings full harmony into ourbody. It brings us to the state called 'samadhi' - a state of incredible happiness and complete cure of body.
Exercises Physical exercises - Hatha yoga - prepare a body to meditation and calm a mind. Exercising and stretching our body we provide spare room and possibility of easy flow of energy into every cell of our body. We become oneness - unity of body and soul. Term 'Yoga' means accually the unity. Exercises are the Gods move to release of light of our body, release the God's energy called Kundalini. Meditationis for courageous people who are free form addictions, who want to live, create, take a use of their hidden talents, who want to be succesful without hurting other people. Meditation is like diving into subconsciousness. While going deeper and deeper into ourseleves, we face experiences, we purge our mind and body, we learn wisdom and we become different people. Meditating we can become the light and achive incredible results without making use of any stimulants. Following the light we will always be able to solve our problems.
